In September 2021, iCOON opened its doors for pilot exhibition ‘The landscape that I know’ by artist Vivian Ammerlaan. In the midst of the renovation, Vivian shows her research into the sea until 20 February. iCOON also consciously seeks out collaboration. In the year 2022 they will join the project: 150 years of Waterweg.
The outdoor and indoor areas have been refurbished and iCOON now has a ground-level entrance at the rear of the building. This entrance will soon be accessible from Koningin Emmaboulevard. The dune around iCOON will be returned to its original state.
